Maybe something in our self-care is being overlooked, or perhaps our progress is being limited by self imposed or artificial constraints.
Alternatively, giving ourselves permission to decline an opportunity that doesn’t fit allows us to reconsider it in the future if our circumstances change. We may be at a point of internal reflection and must consider this gift at another time.
