The ways in which we come together and approach situations is a key factor in whether a mutually satisfying solution is reached or whether the matter devolves into conflict and chaos. In some situations, all parties may be in conflict with each other no matter what, but using that tension to foster healthy competition can be energizing and lead to new and enhanced outcomes that aid in our evolution.
Taking the time to analyze the circumstances and gain understanding of all parties involved and their functions is necessary to find the order and sequence that the situation calls for. Failure to recognize how our strengths can be used to advance the cause and just talking over one another while we jockey for what we perceive as the best position is a recipe for disaster.
