Specializing in typography while at York University/Sheridan College's Joint Program in Design, I immensely enjoy print based projects that have a focus on the art and technique of arranging type, such as book design, editorial design, and font design.

In my personal and professional craft, I design systems of divination, such as Tarot/Oracle and ESP cards, custom handmade communication boards, and offer an interactive class on Sigil Design, while focusing on a variety of other projects that touch upon the erotic, the esoteric, and the macabre.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that art and design are not just about visual appeal, but about exploring deeper meanings and connections. We create works that captivate the eye and strive to engage the soul, encouraging a journey of discovery and introspection.

Freelance Typographer

When I was in design school at York/Sheridan, everyone was moving into digital and web design. I was told that the typographer was a dead vocation.

This was fuel for a passion that evolved into a specialization for print based typography. Usually when 90% of people are going one way, I tend to move in the opposite direction.

Instead of working for design firms in the Toronto area, I've always taken my own route, working for photo labs and art galleries, and doing freelance book design for local publishers, while developing my own creative projects on the side.

Independent Artist

While most of my contemporaries are actual graphic designers, I remain an artist. I've always used my graphic design skills towards the development of my art.

The creative process dictates that we must work hard on finding solutions to certain creative problems and then take time away from them in order for the subconscious mind to deliver innovative solutions. I guess that's why I always have so many different projects on the go.

Oftentimes, artists are slaves to their creative process. This is true in my case. I can never fully walk away from my work because I can never truly turn off the idea generating component of my brain. My mind is always working and often delivers my best ideas when I'm not looking.

Pallor Publishing

A lot of people think that Pallor Publishing is a company I work for. I guess that’s true, but what they don’t realize is that I’m the only employee. Everything you see here is the result of my dedication to my vocation.

Thanks for your interest in my work. Please reach out anytime to see how we can collaborate on a project.
